We are a family who home educated our children for 10+ years and stil have a few more years to go..our children have learned how to read, write, clean, cook, run the house, serve in the community, make money, make friends..they have been blessed with a great head start in life..still, we have not arrived. Sparts Academy is a place where we get to share what we have done well (and not so well) and help other families along their jounry of growing parents raising children. Together and today, we are building a strong nation and a better world of tomorrow, for all of us..
If you are a parent, you are a teacher too. You are also a student, hopefully the best student in your classroom, aka your home. I personally believe that we, the parents or chosen guardians, are the primary educators. It is our responsibility to utilize our homes, schools, or other institutions to best prepare our children for their life.

We (ok, I) have made so many mistakes, some of which I can no longer correct. It is my hope that you may benefit from these lessons, so at least someone can make this world a better place

I am a dad of 3 boys, currently 13/15/18..married, and I do have a name..for now just call me a "friend"..born in Europe where I had education in automation/engineering and law enforcement (both military and state police)..came to the US at age of 21, struggled along working and going to college, eventualy found my Ms Perfect!!..ended up
I am a dad of 3 boys, currently 13/15/18..married, and I do have a name..for now just call me a "friend"..born in Europe where I had education in automation/engineering and law enforcement (both military and state police)..came to the US at age of 21, struggled along working and going to college, eventualy found my Ms Perfect!!..ended up getting degrees in finance and management, working in hospitaily and then in financial sector..until my health issues, market conditions, and a gap in life skills changed my plans and I became a home educator to 3 little boys in diapers who now, 10 years later, can lead the house, clean, cook, make their own money, work their businesses, serve the Lord and continue to grow to their life purpose..We are not done yet and hope to be a blessing to fellow parents who may be on similar path of raising their family and home educating their children.
Well, we do have 3 sons..the photos posted here are real..that is us..these boys are the real heroes..they have endured my training over the years, especially my own learning..I knew nothing when we started..and we still have a way to go..so back to work..growing parents raising children..
